AT&T ActiveArmor Fails to Upload Contacts - Samsung S22 Ultra

I received notification that the Call Protect app was going away and to use the AT&T ActiveArmor app instead. I installed the app and got it fully setup however I can't enable Unknown Callers option to Send to Voicemail because it constantly says it fails to upload contacts. I can go into
