Port forwarding not working.

I'm unable to to have anything connect to my server even though I have setup static IP and port forwarding via firewall/NAT/gaming. I've also tried using IP passthrough and it still does not open the port. My firewalls have all been changed to allow the ports through.

Having issue with network while using some specific apps

I am having an issue with my network while using some specific apps. I am able to connect to the internet and make calls, but I am unable to use certain apps, such as Instagram, Nekopoi, Picsart Pikashow, Tools360 Wizard and Popshup.
