AT&T VOIP phone won't forward calls anymore, says call cannot be completed as dialed

I have an AT&T voip phone in my office. In the evenings we forward calls to answering service. All the sudden when trying to forward calls it says "call cannot be completed as dialed." Tried to call AT&T no luck.

Out going message issues

I have set up the out-going message on my CL4940 phone but when I call to check it, it plays the pre-recorded greeting. I recorded my greeting, pushed 5 when done. Is there something else I have to do?And yes, the ANS ON button is lit up.Why is this happening?Thank you!
