My BL102-4 phone set is brand new - 3 weeks old. The Caller ID Announce worked for about 2 weeks and then stopped working. I checked to be sure it is turned on and it is. I don't know what to try next.

This started happening after the internet service went out. I've already manually reset the date and time 2 times. Base and handsets show correct date/time. When I playback messages, I'm given incorrect date/time of the call.
