We are a senior living community with telephone lines available in each apartment. New residents interested in a land line are instructed to phone 800-288-2020 and request The P.O.T.S department to start service.   Our last two move ins who are desiring a land line have had extreme dif

Currently an Internet phone service subscriber. If I want to change to AT&T land line (hard wired) can I transfer my phone number from the Internet service to AT&T land line?

Pge moved and installed new poles on our road. Need old pole with ATT line moved. Old pole is on a corner. Last year CalFire could barely get by. Ken Graydon 925-381-2809

Reported to AT-T LD repair many times and have received no call back from them. I have been unable to call long distance since 6-1-23. 

We canceled service with Ring Planet in Dec. They verified the account was closed. They could not get the home phone account to even work in the area my parents lived. In Feb, they said the account was past due and would send them to a collection agency. Total (Edited per community guidelines) Benja

Trying to cancel a landline phone for over a week. Given a confirmation number. Called back then told a supervisor must approve my request. My DSL service with AT&T will be phased out soon and I'll have to decide on Fiber and what speed to go with.  I currently have DSL Extreme 6.0 which is an old account rated at 6.0 Mbps.  Fiber has just become available in my neighborhood; the lowest speed available with AT&T 

AT&T tells me "The Data is Invalid" when I type in my Phone # and Zip Code. I am giving AT&T the correct Data!
