Landline Phone Plans

I do not know the login information for the landline account I have. The att recover password and recover username site errors out it’s useless. sk you call the help line and you sit on hold for over a hour and nothing no one comes on just the same useless messages asking you to wait 

Any suggestions for a landline for a senior? She has early ALZ. We tried a cell phone for my mom, didn't work out. I signed her up for phone service, but due to technology she has to have internet (that she doesn't even use!)  in order to get the phone. ugh.  Her bill is up to $114 a mont

There was some statement credit and ATT sends me a prepaid debit/mastercard - which I am unable to use anywhere. what is the point in sending such a card? I sent them a check for account payment - why can they not mail me a check for the refund?

For my landline I've made auto payments over the phone for years. Now, when I try I'm transferred to customer service where they want to charge a fee.  Another else experiencing this? I can still make my internet payments by phone just fine.  What gives?
