Internet with AT&T Fiber

Hello, Recently I have noticed my internet has intermittent times when it is spotty. I recently ran a few tests when I noticed the network was spotty and found some information I believe might be helpful to solve this. I have attached some screenshots showing ping tests and traceroute results.

Hello, has anyone here experienced a fiber cable repair situation? I have been experiencing some inconvenience for the past week. They keep stating that it will be resolved within 24-48 hours, yet nothing has been done or fixed. It took them 4 days just to acknowledge the issue. We are now on day 8.
