I cannot download my email using Thurnderbird 115.11.1 and Win 11 Home

When I try to 'get messages' I receive this error: Sending of password for user [email scrubbed] did not succeed. Mail server inbound.att.net responded: [SYS/TEMP] Server error - Please try again later. It's been like this for 4 hours already. What does this error mean? Can I fix it from here?

Log out successful error message loop when signing into email

When I try to log into my email account on desktop, i receive a Log out successful message and it returns to the log in page. I've changed password and also tried this on both desktop and laptop and in both Edge and Chrome. Thanks for your help in this matter.
