AT&T Mail Setup

I changed my password 1 1/2 weeks ago. I can get sbcglobal.net on my laptop, but no longer iphone or ipad. I took off the account and tried to put it back on, used multiple browsers, mail app reinstall, phone off and on, spoke to tech support, advanced tech support, no one seems to help me get throu

About 2 weeks ago my sub accounts stopped getting and sending mail. when I checked my profile says no sub accounts and I can’t add new ones and need the 3 old account es added back.
