AT&T Mail Setup

I can't receive emails to my ....@sbcglobal.net address. I can send emails from there but don't receive anything. It was managed by Yahoo previously, but the emails are not going to Yahoo either, they didn't go to my Outlook either. No help from AT&T.

Missing a lot of emails this week, mostly from Gmail. Others are arriving hours later. What's going on? I have done everything listed in the forum..cleared cache, changed password, looked in Spam, no filters, etc.
