AT&T Mail Setup

I have been using my att.net email on Outlook 365 downloaded on my computer for a number of years. After being away from my computer for a few days, outlook would not download my new emails.  I could get them on my Iphone but not the desktop.  I tried changing passwords, even tried deleti

On Yahoo.com my ATT account emails go back to 2017. On macOS Apple Mail (current versions), my ATT email only syncs two years of messages. Please tell me what settings need to be changed. My ATT account / plan has 1 TB of storage and I only use about 1%.
