Always get sent to a "we found these IDs" page when I log in and it won't me enter my actual ID

Was previously on a family plan, but went through the process of moving my Wireless plan to my own account. Had to create a new ID, etc - wasn't a problem and I can log in with my email and password without an issue. But now, anytime I login with my email + password, it takes me to a page that says

It says I should have gotten a email with 24 hours with the information after service agreement. I have not received a email with the information.

Refund

I ordered a phone on July 12 spending 85$ due to me typing my social incorrect they couldn’t verify me so they told me it’ll take 14 weeks for it to be refunded it’s been over that and I still haven’t gotten my refund. I’ve been waiting and waiting and now it feels like you guys are keeping my funds

Hotspot.webui website won't work

I have a AT&T Turbo Hotspot 2 for over a year. I always had access to the webui login, but now when I go to login it states "hotspot.webui’s server IP address could not be found". Been like this for several days
