Need to reset FAN PIN for business wireless account

I set up a new business wireless account ~2 months ago, but never received my FAN PIN. When I try to create an account on att.com by specifying my account number, it asks for my FAN PIN. I don't have it. I click the question mark, and it tells me a number I can call for assistance: 1-800-331-0500

Site not allowing me to upgrade

I have multiple lines that are available for upgrade. One of which is on the AT7T Next plan and only has 2 payments left. Every time I select a phone, no matter which phone it is, to upgrade it goes to a page that says I'm upgrading early. I called and spoke to a rep and he told me that he can see
