How can I get to my AT&T Wi-Fi car account to update Billing goes straight to Direct Tv

cannot login into my account from overseas

cannot login to my att prepaid account to check balance via internet. I am overseas and using local service provider sim card but wish to keep att acount and phone number for my return to USA.  Is att blocking my login attempts or is the system down now for three days?
