Blocked email sender file

File ONLY holds 1000 addresses to block beyond which cannot block new spam addresses. How do I clear out ALL existing1000 blocked addresses so I can start to add new incoming spam addresses. (to delete each of 1000 individually is not a good thing!) HELP

AT&T Email Subaccount Not Resetting

I have long had a primary AT&T email and several subaccounts. All occasionally ask to update their passwords and everything worked fine until last week.  Of course it was my wife's account (one of the subaccounts) that refused to accept the answers I have always used to reset the password.
