Landline Home Phone

I have been passed around to Direct TV, Wireless, etc. but no one connects me to Landline support for a billing issue. The AT&T service is horrific what they put their customers through. Is there a number to reach Landline????

As a retiree, I have kept my landline even though my wife and I both have cell phones. Most of the calls we get are "junk" calls, so we don't answer.  I would like to set up my voicemail to kick in immediately or at most after one ring.
