Why don’t you numbnuts do simple email verification instead of letting me get all the mail meant for your customers. They should not be getting all correspondence on account at my address, none of my biz. 2923, email verification!

I can't login to my HBO anymore. It says it can't verify subscription. I haven't changed my plan at all so should still have access to HBO. Please help me fix this. Thanks, Tiffany Roberts

I was using max through AT&T and it randomly disconnected, now every time I try to reconnect it says “Can’t Verify Subscription”. It works flawlessly in my living room that has been connected, but for some odd reason my phone doesn’t.

It looks like you don’t have access to Max through this provider. If you think this is a mistake, please contact your provider directly. You can also try connecting through another provider. Clearly, this is an error. When I asked Max why I am getting the error, they state it is because AT&T
