Max Login & Installation

I have not changed wireless plans and I am unable to login to Max as I have been. I keep getting the can’t verify subscription error. Anyone else having this issue?

I have a plan that allows for Max and there is no tile to click to activate it.

I had moved to a new location and was offered to take my same services with me, however, they closed my old account and opened up a new one and it resulted in all of my benefits being lost. I no longer am able to sign into MAX and do not see the tile to link the new account back to it.

I get the message that MAX is now free with my AT&T. Yet, when I log in, it tells me it is free for 5 days and the $49.99 A MONTH????
