Military deployment phone payoff

I was told that if my husband’s deployment orders were sent in his line would be suspended and his phone would be paid off. Well now I have a huge bill because they’re wanting us to pay it off and won’t do anything about it. And he’s he’s had the phone longer than 90 days

Submit Military ID online

I would like to sign up for the military discount online. Question: can I submit just the front of the military ID card? Or, do I have to submit both sides? I ask because there is personal information on the back of the card that I would rather not publish if I don't have to. Thanks.
