Max Account & Billing

I have Unlimited Extra plan on my wireless and this plan included HBO Max subscription. Started last week, HBO Max subscription has been expired.  Has it been taken off from Unlimited Extra plan??

So like many others I’ve seen posted on here I got HBO Max (MAX) included when I signed up for Fiber 1000 internet a few years back. I had DIRECTV, but the benefit had nothing to do with them or the fact I already had them. I’ve enjoyed the subscription and my internet for 3 years and made no change

My current plan is AT&T Unlimited Plus Multi Line. According to  website, I should have max but now it is saying that it can't  Verify subscription. Please help.  Thank You! 

I need to cancel HBO Max before I get charged again, cannot find how to do it. It’s a part of my wireless package.

I am having the same issues! I received an email from DirecTV that I changed my AT&T plan when I have not!! I tried contacting DirecTV and they are blaming AT&T.

Why cannot I request a receipt for payments I make for HBO Max? I have attempted calls and chats with customer service agents but none cannot provide. Why is that? I should not need to go through (Edited per community guidelines) just for a receipt of a streaming service.
