Did anyone else get these weird automated e-mails? Anyone lose free Max subscription? I get a free Max subscription for having 1 gig internet + legacy U-verse TV (that I pay a small fortune for).  But I got a random e-mail on 8/18/2023 claiming I made a change to my account and I'd be losin

I was logged into a friend's HBO max account and accidentally linked my ATT to that HBO account when in reality I was trying to make my own HBO account to link my att to. I just want to unlink my att from my friend and be able to link it to my own.

I am expecting a credit on my next bill for all the channels that I pay for and cannot receive due to your negotiations.

Need some help. I keep getting billed on my Apple Card for $14.99 a month for MAX when it is included in my plan. I have looked everywhere and cannot locate where I have a cc number loaded for the service. In the app it states that it is included in my plan! Help!!

The current subscription provided by AT&T is the add-free tier which does not include 4K or dolby atmos. I would like to upgrade to the ultimate tier which does include 4K and dolby atmos. Is this possible? I cannot find a way to do this through account management.

I have had ATT's unlimited elite plan for a while now, with the HBOmax included at no cost. But in november, december and now january, I have a charge for $14.99 for HBOmax showing up on my bank statements (same day as my ATT autopay goes through).
