Max Login & Installation

After the HBO max migration to MAX, I lost access to my Max subscription. I have/had At&T Unlimited Elite, which had Max included, but after the migration, it became difficult to sign in and particularly after it required a direct login (rather than provider login), I lost almost all access. N

I need to wait until next week to pay my bill but no I don?t want my service cutoff

I get the Can’t verify subscription notice when I try to log in to Max. My plan should still include it so why does it not let me login? I’ve tried everything here on the forums and nothing works. Please help
