can anyone know how I can cancel landline i have issues since last year and the agent transfer me a lot times and no one can help me and when I finally i got to cancelations the calls drop. they keep charging late feed and i pay once and they keep charging every month they i got a credit no payment

Can I change my number to an area code in which I don’t live in? For example, can I change my number to a area code in California if I live in Arizona?

Fiber system with Internet WiFi and landline. Installed about 2 years. All of a sudden cannot call out. It actually rings at the receiving phone, but basically a dead line. I can't hear anything including ringing and they can't hear me when they answer. Same if calling other landline or cellphone.

I can not find after sign-in any tabs that allows me to create the transfer PIN. Is there a way to do it online or do I need to speak to a live representative to have that PIN created?

I have a cable digital service with fiber optics. When I am on a call I get a beep and it shows me the caller id for another call coming in.. It wont let me press the flash button to take the call? Anyone know what the issue is and how it can be fixed? Thanks
