We have lines dangling off the pole since March 2024 and they not only look unsightly but may pose a danger if they are live. SMUD said they were telephone lines. Please advise what to do. I have pictures to attach.

My aunt lives in a rural area that recently got fiber internet service from the local utility company. She would like to change to that internet service, but is concerned about losing her landline which is currently ATT through internet.  Does ATT offer a landline service only without internet

Hey guys, need some help if possible. My grandmother has an AT&T landline phone, model EL52319 and I wanted to see if anybody knew what the max decibel is for this phone. She has hearing problems and I wanted to get her something louder, but I have no idea how loud this phone is.

Looks like some vandals open this junction box and expose wires and an internal strip is now hanging outside the box. See attached pictures.

AT&T 1070 11 shows before every phone number (+1 twice), e.g. 112125551212 rather than 12125551212 which makes callback impossible. This phone is being used with traditional lines (VOIP to POTS) not a switchboard. is there a bix?

Have a AT&T phone line riser box in my backyard that is taped together because it fails apart. Need to get it replaced. Looking for the local repair office to report this to in Newport Beach, CA>
