I've been trying for MONTHS to get this bill refunded. I get moved to another department and start over.  Literally hung up on several times.  It is over $1000 and I'm beyond frustrated.

I have attempted 6 phone calls in the past week to ATT to resolve a "no dial tone" problem with my landline. Each time I am told by the bot that I will receive a call in so many minutes.
