I have a dial tone but I CAN NOT make any calls, any idea what it can be? Also, calls are coming in but when I answer the phone I can't hear them and they can not hear me, but I can tell the call is connected. I think all of my cables and phone are fine...

I can receive calls but when I dial out it gives me a dial tone…. You dial the number then it just short beeps like a cell phone that has no service. Any number that you try.

How do I find or set up presumably a new account online? My wireless, internet account dropped the landline billing info. Is it now a separate account now??

I'm sure I've enrolled successfully in AutoPay before. But it seems that my account is later removed from AutoPay and AT&T starts calling me with Past Due notifications. The company already has my correct credit card. Why is my account removed from AutoPay with no notice to me? --Jim

My landline has been out since May 13 and the estimated restoration is 6/11. How do I get a refund for this time?

the phone is receiving telephone calls, but nothing (base or handsets) is ringing. Phone company checked that; we’re okay, but not ringing.  We are receiving calls on landlines and those ring.  The cordless phone is not ringing.
