Internet with AT&T Fiber

I have always used prepaid gift cards(vanilla, secure spend,etc) to pay bill online. For the past year it has declined. The gift card companies say it is not them, att says it is not them. I am getting the runaround. This is the way I want to pay. I have been paying this way for 20 years.
