I'm getting close, but still missing something on IP Passthrough. I have gigabit optical service through a BGW320-505 feeding a Ubiquity USG Pro 4 via IP Passthrough. Packet Filters, NAT Default Server, and Firewall Advanced are all set to off. All Firewall Advanced features are also set to off.

Up until this month everything was operating as expected (2Gb/s, up/down was pulling ~2.5Gb/s each way) (Originally 5Gbps service, downgraded to 2Gbps last year).
