Log out successful error message loop when signing into email

When I try to log into my email account on desktop, i receive a Log out successful message and it returns to the log in page. I've changed password and also tried this on both desktop and laptop and in both Edge and Chrome. Thanks for your help in this matter.

Logout successful loop
