AT&T Fiber Account

Att suspended my dsl account and email accounts due to forced fiber migration.I was told to ask tech support for free member ID once my fiber service was installed.I now have my new internet service on fiber but Att cannot seem to retrieve my 2 email accounts that we’re bellsouth.net.Can anyone help
