E403 even after hard resetting

I just received the Air hub and the first time it connected I was only getting 5mb down and less than 1mb upload. I tried relocating the hub to another room and now it just loads up and shows E403 anytime I plug it in. I can't reset in the app because it just shows as disconnected. Really frustrated

Why are my digital phones not working

I just installed the AllFi Hub. I plugged it into a socket near the middle of the house. The previous router was connected elsewhere. Broadband is not connected to the hub and neither is the telephone line.
