AT&T Internet Air Installation

Internet air will not set up. I have tried the home app and keep getting the arrow code on the all five hub. Then the number that I get for customer support. They are not open 24 hours. So I have to call back the next day. This is not what I was promised.

I have just switched from fixed wireless to internet air. I was told to set it up and log in with my existing att user id, but when i try, it tells me that id is already linked to an att internet air account.  I told the rep that and he said don't worry about that, you can fix that later. 

Trying to install the thing....during power up speed checks, download speeds are great, but upload speed is zero.....so I can't connect to the tower. Tech on the phone said that the tower is "full" and I need to find a time when I can jump on successfully......anyone else having this issue?????? HE
