AT&T Mail Login & Security

Hello, I have a couple of sub accounts that are somehow tied to the main account. So whenever there is password trouble is changes everyone’s password or locks them all out. I do not have this problem with the other sub accounts and wondered if there was a way to untie the accounts thank you!

I have long had a primary AT&T email and several subaccounts. All occasionally ask to update their passwords and everything worked fine until last week.  Of course it was my wife's account (one of the subaccounts) that refused to accept the answers I have always used to reset the password.
