We been living in Hempstead TX for the past 12 years and currently there had been a lot of growing developments of both housing and businesses in the area, we been having DSL at 18mps for the past few years and at this point having Fiber would be amazing and I've heard that some of these businesses

We had fiber optics installed over 3 months ago the workers came and dug and installed lines through out my whole neighborhood and it has been completed and I am still getting that AT&T fiber is coming soon when I was advised it should been showing available now. What is the hold up.

What does the "free upgrade to fiber" actually entail?

I keep getting AT&T emails trying to convince me to upgrade to Fiber, stating that both the installation and service will be free - no additional cost. Does that just mean I will keep paying the same amount for Fiber that I am paying for my WiFi now?

Was promised $300 Visa Card, now getting nothing

Long story short, I ordered ATT Fiber in January 2023 and was told I would be receiving a $300 Visa reward card. Over a month later and after several calls to ATT and attempted calls to the Reward Center, I have been told there is no record of this promotion and the best I can be given is $50. This

I have the Internet Fiber 2000 plan. I've chatted and called AT&T on 3 different occasions and my problem was never resolved. The reps told us they were sending out a new router twice already. I have the order numbers and when I check them online, they do not exist. I am trying to chat right now
