AT&T Phone Features

We have VOIP phone service. The phone only rings 3 times before it goes to voicemail. We are not always fast enough to catch it. How can we change the number of rings?

My system is frequently dropping the dial tone so we can't make or receive calls. Now inbound callers can't select an extension and the inbound recording simply loops.  Help!  :)

I cant retrive the messages off the answering machine I call it when greeting starts I press *19 but the greeting just keep goin and want to record a new messageis it * or# before or after the 19(code) thanks for any help

Voicemails from ATT's Business Voicemail Portal will not reliably forward to my email. The messages are not going to spam, my email was typed correctly, and I have tried alternative browsers. This issue has been ongoing since January.
