AT&T Phone Installation

I have an at&t unlocked samsung galaxy s21 that I ordered from USA and I live in Greece. Right now I'm using cosmote. Will I be able to get the one ui 6 update?

I would like to know how to use the phone port on the back of my BGW210 to patch into my existing whole house patch panel and it work. I tried to run a line to my line in on the patch panel and terminate it on a Cat 3 Keystone jack then plug the phone 1&2 port to it.  It didn't work. 

WHy doesn't my answering machine record messages now?
