Landline Home Phone

ATT equpiment box is down behind 406 Ramblewood and looks like sparking wires. Please repair asap.

I just had POTS telephone service installed today and am trying to figure out how account access is set up (if any). Is there a way to pay my bill and view services online? Tried adding it with my telephone number to an existing myAT&T login ID and the system was not accepting my information.
