Landline Home Phone

I have a dial tone but I CAN NOT make any calls, any idea what it can be? Also, calls are coming in but when I answer the phone I can't hear them and they can not hear me, but I can tell the call is connected. I think all of my cables and phone are fine...

How do I find or set up presumably a new account online? My wireless, internet account dropped the landline billing info. Is it now a separate account now??

I'm sure I've enrolled successfully in AutoPay before. But it seems that my account is later removed from AutoPay and AT&T starts calling me with Past Due notifications. The company already has my correct credit card. Why is my account removed from AutoPay with no notice to me? --Jim

My landline has been out since May 13 and the estimated restoration is 6/11. How do I get a refund for this time?

Our landline has a buzzing sound on both incoming and outgoing calls. I have checked all in home connections, wiring, etc. with no success.  AT&T box on side of home supposedly has a 'test jack' for a landline phone but it is not present in the box AT&T installed.  Is anyone else
