unable to login to wireless account online

unable to login to account online. login with username and password get error msg telling me to log out and try to log in again. i have tried changing password and I still get the same results. can I just reset everything and start over?

Authorized User issue

Hello, I have been trying to add my daughter as an authorized user on our account. Once we get to step 3: entering the code sent to her number to authorize it, we get an error message saying the code "isn't quite right". Safari Browser on M2 MacBook Air won't let me sign in.

Trying to sign in to my account. It keeps telling me something about my network (I'm next to my router when this happens). I have a screenshot attached that shows the error and shows that my device is in fact connected to wifi. Not sure what's going on or whose fault it is, but it's annoying.
