Att air and no internet connection

I have spoke to 4 reps already with no solution. I upgraded to AIR. Went through setup and it continues to say no internet connection. Has a great signal and download speeds. Went through numerous of steps with the reps and no one can seem to solve this. How can I fix this?

Chamberlain MyQ doesn't work with ATT internet Air

I have a chamberlain garage door opener with MyQ that plugs into the internet Air router via ethernet. Internet Air in the afternoon

Past approximately 7pm on a daily basis the internet becomes practically unusable. Very high ping, <3mbps download. When I check congestion it says its very low to perfect. The internet will also consistently drop out every 30 minutes or so.
