so i just bought a new DL72319 phone. Im trying to get it to connect with my cell phone! The instructions provide no way of doing this! They tell you to scan a barcode to an app that no longer exists. there is nothing on the phone that will allow me to do this! So how do I even connect my cellphone?

I got scammed by a person. He sold me a carier lock iphone. Its locked by att and i cant use any sim. I need to talk with Att representative but unfortunately I couldn?t find them. Please help me to unlock my device.

There is an ATT splice box on the corner of our commercial property that has been knocked over, opened, with exposed wiring. I'm trying to sign up for automatic billing. AT&T won't accept my Bank of America Visa credit card. I repeatedly get the message "We hit a snag and couldn’t add your payment info. Please check your info and try again later."  

I can receive calls but when I dial out it gives me a dial tone…. You dial the number then it just short beeps like a cell phone that has no service. Any number that you try.
