Poor Customer service pertaining to installation

I live in a new home community that is exclusively and unfortunately only serviced by ATT fiber. My neighbors have internet and I apparently cannot.  7 attempts at install, numerous missed appointments, and two separate in person crews each accusing the other crew about lying about the install

Upload speeds dropped by 50%
