Landline Phone Troubleshooting

Abandoned phone lines under my backyard by Southwestern Bell Telephone Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T. i need to remove the easement o my property

My residence has an unused AT&T overhead cable that is hanging very low to the ground. It is a danger to wildlife and to persons mowing my property.  How to I arrange removal of this cable?
