Landline Phone Troubleshooting

I have attempted 6 phone calls in the past week to ATT to resolve a "no dial tone" problem with my landline. Each time I am told by the bot that I will receive a call in so many minutes. In never happens. The website for obtaining a repair ticket does not work, one just gets a "access denied" page.

Like the person who is having a similar problem. My voicemail does not kick in when someone calls and I’m on one of the lines. 2nd part of the problem i try to retrieve voice mails left yesterday (when everything was working well) and I cannot retrieve the voice mails. ugh
