That is unfortunate. Sounds like another AT&T cost cutting intiative. Which is unfortunate since (1) there is alot of good stuff here and (2) we all know how pathetic AT&T's normal support channels are. Having said that, it sounds like it is back to funneling questions thru dslreports.com.

how can I get AT&T to remove old overhead lines.

I have tried 10 times, different numbers etc to reach AT&T to remove old overhead lines on my property. I have tried all of the above. I am on hold now and have been for 15 minutes. Can I remove the lines myself? They haven't been used in 10 years, and never will be again.

I bought the gateway when I had AT&T internet service, why am I asked to return the equipment when I cancel the service?

I bought an AT&T gateway and paid for it in full because I did not want to pay $10/month equipment fee. Now I decide to change my internet provider. AT&T is asking me to return the gateway that I paid for. Do I need to return it? Why can't AT&T see the record?

Business Center cannot be set up properly

I have POTS replacement units (not internet or wireless). I have three account number, 2 are standalone and 1 has 3 sub accts. AT&T Broke the internet and just keeps missing appointments with no Resolution

Have been on the phone for almost two hours trying to talk to a supervisor. This is ridiculous. Not even on hold. Phone just put down and can hear all conversations. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.
