Confusion with signing in with 2 different account names

I have 2 account names somehow and all this merging and linking accounts is very confusing. I can sign in on AT&T but cannot view anything like payment amount, billing and such. I get a message that says - I don't have any accounts linked to my user ID. I would like to start paying with auto pay

Next Up

ATT screwed up & only added Next Up to one of my two lines. (Does that even make sense?) I just received the second bill since the change & had not noticed with all the other setup charges in Oct, Nov. NOW I'm being told there's no way I can add Next Up to my second line because it's over 3

Can't login to ATT Wireless account

I cannot login to my wireless account, it just sends me to Directv when I login, which makes no sense. If I wanted to check Directv, I would login to Directv.   I don't understand what is going on with the website, does it not exist anymore?  I used to be able to login without issue.

Wireless login keeps taking me to Directv

On my computer, each time I try to log into my new wireless account (at ATT.COM) it takes me to my Direct account and then auto logs me out.  Something is linking the two accounts and then causing this problem.  How do I separate them?

Detailed usage on old bill reprints

I have spent hours on the phone trying to get bill reprints on an old account. I desperately need detailed usage on my closed account from 08/22 - 05/23 and no one seems to help me. I know I can get reprints for $5 a piece.
