AT&T Fiber Ordering

After years of having Xfinity and paying way to much for just internet and phone me and my husband decided to consider switching to Att fiber but we had just signed a contract with Xfinity. Part of the promotion at the time was that we would receive a reimbursement for our contract cancellation but

They sent me one for an Amazon bundle instead, and now says I am ineligible for the $200 rewards card. I do not want the Amazon bundle.  How do I get them to correct this?
