Missing Package

Hello, i had ordered the new Apple Watch Ultra 2 through you guys, FedEx states the package was delivered, yet i have received nothing. I attempted to receive help from FedEx but they have been zero help, as I only have a tracking number from them, all the other info is through you guys at AT&T.

14 days to return, what do you do if you dont get your watch for 14 days and want to return it?

Bought 2 ultra watches, received the first one and we opened it. Turns out we dont like it. We received the second one 14 days later and didn't open it. We tried to return both watches but customer service cays you have 14 days to return it. How are you supposed to do that when you dont even receive

Calls to my iPhone go to voicemail on my son’s Apple Watch

My son has an Apple Watch that has its own phone number, and it’s on my AT&T account. But calls to my phone that I don’t answer go to voicemail on his watch — there’s no indication on my phone that I ever got the call or that the caller left a message. Is there an easy fix for this?

Has anyone successfully activated a LTE Galaxy watch with an Iphone?

Samsung claims it is easy to do but, I followed their directions and get stuck at adding the mobile network inside the wearable app. I get "The AT&T network isn't supported on your watch. Samsung watch 5 keeps un sync from phone

2nd time in 2 days I have had to numbersync my watch5 to phone. This time tonight I had to re do it a couple of times after rebooting both. Is there a system problem or is my watch beginning to fail as my watch 3 and watch4?
