I have had no service for the past 4 days. I am on SOS mode and it seems that there is an outage and a lot of places. Our entire area here in Belton, Missouri has been without internet for 2 days. (Zip code 64012) They aren't even working on the issue as we know where the junction boxes are and live nearby. We will be canceling our service as this is the 3rd time in less than a year that there have been issues.

I was told yesterday that the problem would be fixed by 10PM. Then when that time came and went I was told 2AM. It is now 7:55AM and the internet is still down. This is terrible customer relations.
